Professional Experience
Marion joined The de Burlo Group in 2012 and serves as Portfolio Manager. She contributes to the equity research, trading, and analysis. She also oversees the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research team, which evaluates current and potential portfolio investments and ensures that each investment adheres to our clients’ needs and values.
Marion also serves as a liaison to the operations team and the firm’s compliance and technology consultants, managing projects like client reporting, transitions between custodial banks, and proxy voting.
Education
Marion is a graduate of Oberlin College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Environmental Studies, and Anthropology, and of Boston University, where she earned a Master of Business Administration degree. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Community Involvement
Marion is a former co-president of the Boston Chapter of Building a Sustainable Investment Community (BASIC), a sustainable, responsible and impact (SRI) investing professionals’ group. She gives financial literacy presentations to community organizations through the CFA Society Boston. Marion is also a member of the Boston chapter of Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE).
